We currently ship across India.
At this time, international shipping is not available (unless specifically announced).


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods or promotional sales, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2โ€“4 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 3โ€“7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5โ€“10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on Orders Above โ‚น1100
  • Standard shipping charges may apply to orders below โ‚น999 (displayed at checkout).

Shipping fees, if applicable, are clearly mentioned before completing the purchase.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • Courier partner details
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your shipment using the link provided in the dispatch email/SMS.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply (if applicable).
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.


7. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

Orgayush will not be responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
  • Delays caused by courier service providers

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:

  • Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged
  • Take photos immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@orgayush.com
