Refund and Returns Policy

Because our products fall under the health and nutraceutical category, our return policy follows strict hygiene and safety standards.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

✔ The product was received damaged
✔ The product is expired at the time of delivery
✔ You received the wrong product
✔ The product packaging is tampered or leaking

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

✘ Opened or used products
✘ Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
✘ Change of mind
✘ Taste preference or personal sensitivity (unless medically advised and verified)

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
• In case of Cash on Delivery orders, bank details may be requested

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

4. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer:

✔ Free replacement
✔ Full refund
✔ Store credit (if preferred by customer)

The decision will be made after verification of the issue.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled:

• Before dispatch (full refund applicable)
• After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed
